Q: How old are the milk?
A: Our milk inventories are no older than 7 days upon receiving them - we have 4 outlets to consume.
Q: When is the expiry date?
A: It is commonly around 3-4 weeks to expiry upon arrival. We cannot keep up with recording every batch because we receive 3 batches per week for 4 different locations.
Q: How often do you restock?
A: Officially once a week (F&N - Mon/Fri; Yarra - Tue/Thu). Unofficial up to 3 ad-hoc orders per week on random.
Q: How long can the milk be good for?
A: It's recommended to keep the fresh milk at the inner section of the refrigerator, not by the doors and can still remain good (unopened) beyond expiry date. FYI, please consume opened milk within 3 days.
Q: May I self-pickup?
A: Yes you may. PM us on Messenger or WhatsApp to arrange closely with us at our 4 pick-up locations (Bukit Jalil, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Bandar Sunway) BEFORE you come to collect your order.
Q: Do you deliver? How much are the fees?
A: Yes we do. You will receive a quote at checkout (Lalamove only). All savings on delivery fees will be refunded in store credits (best effort basis).
Q: Why is the delivery fee so expensive?
A: You can self-pickup at our outlets or request your preferred logistic company by selecting self-pickup at checkout, PM us on Messenger or WhatsApp to arrange.

Due to failure to read the FAQ before ordering or for whatever reasons, your order will be cancelled and money refund as store credit automatically.
All refunds to bank account will incur a 5% service charges deducted from the total value due to additional bank charges to us via payment gateway.
One-to-one exchange for damaged items during delivery or manufacturing defects (spoiled within the expiry date) is provided, however customer will bear the cost of delivery back to us. We will deliver the replacement at our cost.
