FAQ:

Q: How old are the milk? When is the expiry date?
A: Our milk inventories are no older than 5 days. We receive up to 5 batches per week for 4 different outlets so we sometimes cannot answer you on expiry dates. Assume all milk have a 3 weeks expiry else we will not sell them.

Q: How long can the milk be good for?
A: Keep all fresh milk at the inner section of the refrigerator not by the doors. It can still remain good (unopened) beyond expiry date. FYI, please consume opened milk within 3 days.

Q: Do you deliver? How much are the fees?
A: Yes we do. You will receive a quote at checkout (Please select Lalamove only for delivery - NOT postage). All savings on delivery fees (if any) will be refunded in store credits. All Lalamove deliveries are of best effort basis. We do our best to accomodate your availability. Else do assume it's 1 working day (24-hours) from order date & time (in-stock), or longer (not in-stock). 

Q: Why is the delivery fee so expensive? May I self-pickup?
A: You can self-pickup at our selected outlets or request your preferred logistic company by selecting self-pickup at checkout, PM us on Messenger or WhatsApp to arrange.

Failure to read the FAQ before ordering, your order will be automatically cancelled and NO refunds will be provided.

One-to-one exchange for damaged items during delivery or manufacturing defects (spoiled within the expiry date) is provided, however customer will bear the cost of delivery back to us. We will deliver the replacement at our cost.
